      • Life Coaching, Parent Coaching, College & Career Coaching

    Please contact us for details regarding rates, sliding scale, and coaching packages.

  • We currently accept the following insurances and programs:

    • Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield

    • Optum (United Behavioral Health) 

    If your insurance is not listed above, please contact your provider for reimbursement options or compensation for psychotherapy services. 

  • We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly through our client portal (click here).
