Lydia Cardona

Lydia Cardona is a bilingual Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with over two years of experience supporting adults, couples, and parents through life’s challenges. She is committed to creating a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard and encouraged in their growth. She provides counseling in English or Spanish, creating a warm and welcoming environment where clients can share openly in the language that is most natural and comfortable. Lydia earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix (2015) and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University (2023). She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (2025), allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to overall wellness. She brings a warm, collaborative approach, grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices, and, when desired, thoughtfully integrates faith-based encouragement into the therapeutic process.
